After the wonderful visits the weekend with family and friends, Mom rested good on Monday. Nurse Angel Diane came Tuesday with Dr. Nyugen (an extremely caring doctor). We were, however, disappointed to learn that Mom could not have the aspiration procedure done at the house due to the position of the mass -- it would require a hospital visit and possible overnight stay. At the present time, Mom is really not intersted with the bother of it all . . . and as we all know, Mom's still the boss.
Wednesday, Mom was weary; she had trouble focusing and was a bit confused. But Thursday was a brand new day. She was in good spirits and was able to sit outside on the patio with Dad for a bit. Her comfort level is best when she is lying down, but she loves enjoying the beautiful spring days we have been blessed with.
We know loving thoughts and an outpouring of prayer is holding our family up. Thank you all for that.
